• Not submit content that violates any laws or regulations
• Maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared with you

4. Content Guidelines

All submitted content must:

• Be original work created by you
• Not contain profanity, violence, or hate speech
• Not promote illegal activities or substances
• Not defame, harass, or bully any individuals or groups
• Not violate any intellectual property rights
• Meet technical requirements (video quality, length, format)

5. Payment Terms

Payment for approved submissions:

• Payment amounts are agreed upon before submission
• Payment is made within 24 hours of approval
• Payment is sent via Stripe to the account you provided during signup
• You are responsible for maintaining an active Stripe account
• We reserve the right to reject submissions that do not meet quality standards

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials on InfluencerGig are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

7. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall InfluencerGig or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Site, even if we or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

8. Accuracy of Materials
